Microcast Technologies Mexicana Acquired by Sigma Electric

Pune, India. July 2, 2018: Sigma Electric Manufacturing Corporation, a leading manufacturer of ferrous and non-ferrous castings, precision machined components and sub-assemblies, today announced the acquisition of Microcast Technologies Mexicana (“Microcast Mexico”), a subsidiary of (“Microcast New Jersey”) for an undisclosed amount.

Microcast Mexico sells products to the renowned customers in North America, primarily in the lighting, telecom, and marine end markets.

The combination of Microcast Mexico and Sigma brings several strategic benefits to customers of both companies as they manage their complex global supply chains and want to deal with more capable suppliers.
