Executive Leadership Change at Sigma Engineered Solutions

President and Chief Executive Officer, Vagner Finelli, leaving Sigma Engineered Solutions.  Brad Ward appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.

Vagner Finelli, who has served as Sigma Engineered Solutions President and CEO for the past two years, is leaving.  Vagner was instrumental in guiding Sigma out of the turmoil of the pandemic and subsequent global supply chain and inflationary environments.  In addition, Vagner helped develop a strategy to further diversify end markets by growing where Sigma Engineered Solutions demonstrated success in high-growth verticals, continued to drive the integration of Sigma’s North American units, and led the rebranding of Sigma with a “one firm” go-to-market approach.

Brad Ward assumes the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.  Brad, an Australian national, brings a breadth of experience in the metal manufacturing industry to Sigma Engineered Solutions.  He previously held a variety of product development, sales and marketing, and leadership positions throughout his 35+ years with the global foundry and metal casting company, Bradken (formerly ANI).  Brad’s 20+ years in leadership include overseeing multiple global manufacturing operations and business units, with six years in the United States and over four years leading the acquisition, integration, and development of an Indian facility.
