Product Content Specialist

Sigma Engineered Solutions is looking for a Product Content Specialist.  The Product Content Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Sigma’s digital presence with its Retail customer base (Lowe’s Home Improvement, Amazon, and others).  Additionally, this position will work closely with Sigma’s Marketing Communications Manager to create and add product content in addition to making content enhancements that will increase sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively manage 400+ products to provide images and content per customer and Sigma standards.
• Upload item and marketing information and monitor status for both content and image delivery to customers.
• Develop appropriate understanding of products and customer shopping needs in order to best support Sigma products while considering SEO.
• Develop a working knowledge of multiple product category/item combinations and understand nuances in order to deliver appropriate item information and marketing content to customers.
• Triage and help resolve issues that cause delays or inefficiencies with submitting content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organization Alignment: support Operations in growth efforts; ensure organization structure aligns with business needs; act as Champion for change to effectively impact culture change and align business unit to overall company strategy.
