Responsible for planning production workloads from order placement through shipment. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Education and Experience Requirements/Preferences:
• At least one year manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of Production planning experience required
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
