Sigma Castings produces and supplies more than 15,000 SKU’s to our OEM and retail customers. Our robust supply chain capabilities allow us to ship these products to customers either on a direct ship basis or through our N.C. warehouse. We are vertically integrated and manufacture all products in-house. With our state-of-the-art tool room and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) building capability, we ensure the superior response and reliability our customers demand. We also perform all downstream operations like plating, painting, and machining in-house, allowing us to provide our customers with consistent quality products at industry-leading fill rates.

Our in-house UL-approved lab can shorten overall development time. Sigma offers late-point customized packaging, and our U.S.-based warehousing shortens lead times to further enhance our best-in-class fill rates.
